Morris G. Sahr, Ph.D., has been included in the 2009-2010 edition of Marquis Who's Who in Business and Finance and Who's Who in America.

Sahr, a former Fluvanna County resident, as the founder and president of the International Association for Financial Planning in Washington, DC and has been a past recipient of Money Magazine's Top 200 Planners in the USA. He also was the former spokesperson for AARP. He currently resides in Charlottesville where he is a certified financial planner and president of Deposit Management Services, Inc.
